Fusilloro pasta with pink shrimp and saffron, Duck breast with 5 spices and Tuscan Tiramisù with Cantucci di Prato biscuits and Vin Santo gel are the great classics at Caffè dell’Oro. They are joined by more seasonal dishes and plates that are perfect for sharing – such as Orecchia di Elefante veal cutlets served with side dishes and sauces. Not forgetting the tempting Starters and Tapas with an international twist, superb with a good aperitif.
The Bar is the defining feature at Caffè dell’Oro, open from breakfast in the morning through to afternoon bites. Its selection of teas, coffees and signature cocktails all stand out for their superb quality. The selection of wines and drinks is curated by our sommelier, a master of labels and spirits.

To accompany the creative and flavorful dishes at the Caffè dell’Oro, our guests can count on over 30 wine labels to enjoy by the glass.
A wine menu attentively updated every two months by our Borgo San Jacopo’s sommelier Salvatore Biscotti.
This offers you the opportunity to enjoy a variety of wines, starting from Italian sparkling wine to champagne from the Alps, from white to red ones throughout Italy and then passing on to our dessert wines. Clients may also enjoy organic, biodynamic wines and those of small producers presented by the glass.

ORO SIGNATURE DRINKS € 20
The PORTRAIT Brand carries with it a precise mission, that of wanting to connect the “portrait” of each guest with the “portrait” of the city that hosts them. This Drink list celebrates our MISSION, inspired by the concept of a portrait and the artists related to it.
ORO COLATO
Inspired by the portrait of Freya, wrongly attributed to Klimt. Like Freya’s painting with a golden tear, this golden Dirty Martini is not what it seems. The olive notes are present from a “fat wash” in extra virgin oil “Il Borro”.
VIVA LA VIDA
Inspired by the still life of Frida Khalo, famous for her portraits with strong symbolism and with the typical colors of Mexico. This super refreshing twist on the Margarita starts with watermelon, subject of the painting, and explodes thanks to its unique contrast with the salt.
SOFIA
“Sofia” is the ancient Greek name for knowledge. The same knowledge and artistic sensibility that the great Sultans of the Middle East wanted to show representing themselves portrayed with roses and tulips. This drink celebrates the artistic sensibility through flavors and spices of those ancient lands.
DORIAN
The most famous portrait in literature is that of Dorian Gray. The painting ages while the subject remains timeless. The popular Bloody Mary with the notes of aged ingredients is a portrayal.
PABLO
Pablo Picasso’s artistic evolution is marked by the transition from the Blue to the Pink Period. This alternative to the classic Spritz proposes that change from greed to joy by switching the drink’s colour!
NEGRONI ORO
The Medici family in Florence had as its symbol a citrus fruit. The golden oranges were in their coat of arms. This main drink for a Florentine aperitif recalls this element and recreated using another citrus fruit: bergamot.
