Spaghetti with bottarga, tartare and Tuscan tiramisu are the great classics on the menu at the Caffè dell’Oro, complemented by more seasonal dishes, always fresh and above all with that international twist that identifies chef’ s style.
The wine proposals and drinks are curated by sommelier Salvatore Biscotti, master of labels and spirits.
The Bar is a point of reference and a pillar of the Caffè dell’Oro’s identity: the tea and coffee assortments and signature cocktails are selected using the same dedication when searching amongst the highest in quality.

To accompany the creative and flavorful dishes at the Caffè dell’Oro, our guests can count on over 30 wine labels to enjoy by the glass.
A wine menu attentively updated every two months by our Borgo San Jacopo’s sommelier Salvatore Biscotti.
This offers you the opportunity to enjoy a variety of wines, starting from Italian sparkling wine to champagne from the Alps, from white to red ones throughout Italy and then passing on to our dessert wines. Clients may also enjoy organic, biodynamic wines and those of small producers presented by the glass.
