Spaghetti with bottarga, tartare and Tuscan tiramisu are the great classics on the menu at the Caffè dell’Oro, complemented by more seasonal dishes, always fresh and above all with that international twist that identifies chef’ s style.
The wine proposals and drinks are curated by sommelier Salvatore Biscotti, master of labels and spirits.
The Bar is a point of reference and a pillar of the Caffè dell’Oro’s identity: the tea and coffee assortments and signature cocktails are selected using the same dedication when searching amongst the highest in quality.

INFUSED NEGRONI
The most known, loved and versatile cocktail in the world was born in Florence a century ago. Initially it was called “an American in the manner of Count Negroni”, later it became simply the Negroni. Legend has it that Count Camillo Negroni asked bartender Fosco Scarselli of the Casoni grocery and perfumery, in via de’Tornabuoni, to “strengthen” the usual Americano, a cocktail prepared by mixing vermouth, bitter and soda. Thus, it was that, under the Count’s indication, gin was to replace the soda and the Negroni was born.
Thanks to its versatility, we have decided to study infusions that enhance its characteristics…
