Les spaghetti « km toscan » et leur scarpetta, les bao vapeur au porc de lait et le Tiramisù toscan aux Cantucci de Prato et gelée de Vin Santo sont les grands classiques du Caffè dell’Oro. Ils sont accompagnés de plats plus saisonniers et d’autres parfaits à partager – comme l’Orecchia di Elefante servie avec garnitures et sauces.
Sans oublier les savoureux antipasti et tapas d’inspiration internationale, idéaux pour accompagner un bon apéritif, pourquoi pas avec un vermouth classique à l’italienne.
Le Bar est en effet le cœur du Caffè dell’Oro, du petit-déjeuner jusqu’au goûter. Les sélections de thés, de cafés et les cocktails signature partagent tous une recherche de produits de grande qualité.
La carte des boissons propose des cocktails signature – des twists de grands classiques comme le Negroni Oro, le CDO Florence et le CDO Martini – ainsi qu’une sélection intéressante de cocktails low et no-alcool. La sélection de spiritueux résulte d’une recherche soignée entre étiquettes historiques et productions récentes, dans l’intention d’offrir un aperçu authentique d’une culture de l’apéritif axée sur la modération, la qualité et le plaisir de la conversation.
