A cosmopolitan menu based on quality meats (such as Kobe beef, ceviche and tartare) personally selected by founder Riccardo Giraudi and Executive Chef Thierry Paludetto. The ingredients that accompany guests through to dessert are equally refined, such as the sophisticated 70% cocoa and sesame soufflé served in a charming copper casserole.

Beefbar Milano also takes a close look at the local gastronomic traditions for a dinner, lunch or brunch in an informal and relaxed atmosphere.

A new bar concept

Its interiors pay homage to the early 20th century’s “Milanese” design and to the culture of the traditional Italian bar. The counter offers a unique range of spirits and liqueurs but, most importantly, it showcases the bartenders’ elegant craftsmanship.

Each evening starts from the “aperitivo” time and offers ever-changing entertainment. A food menu is always available to accompany great classics and contemporary drinks.
