Born in Monte-Carlo in 2005, Beefbar breaks the classic and stiff codes of steakhouses through its glamorous lines.
Beefbar Milano takes you on a sensory journey that touches on some street food classics and haute cuisine, from the Croque Sando with beef ham to the the Miso black beef (Beefbar’s version of the Miso black cod). It also carefully looks at local classics, which leads to Italy-inspired dishes such as the Nikkei Milanese risotto, the Carbonara of Kobe beef and gelato, of course.
A cosmopolitan menu based on quality meats (such as Kobe beef, ceviche and tartare) personally selected by founder Riccardo Giraudi and Executive Chef Thierry Paludetto. The ingredients that accompany guests through to dessert are equally refined, such as the sophisticated 70% cocoa soufflé served in a charming copper casserole.
