Signature dishes at Caffè dell’Oro showcase a blend of Tuscan tradition and international flair. Highlights include farm-to-table spaghetti—perfect for a classic scarpetta moment— steamed bao with pork belly, and a local take on tiramisù, reimagined with Prato cantucci and a Vin Santo gel. These staples are complemented by seasonal specials and shareable plates like the showstopping “Elephant Ear” cutlet, served with an array of sides and house-made sauces.
Not to be missed: tempting antipasti and globally inspired tapas, ideal for aperitivo, especially when paired with a classic Italian vermouth. The bar is a focal point throughout the day—welcoming mornings with coffee and breakfast, afternoons with tea and light bites.
The cocktail menu features refined takes on Italian classics, such as the Negroni Oro, CDO Florence, and CDO Martini, alongside a thoughtful selection of low- and no-alcohol options. Each spirit is carefully chosen, blending heritage labels with emerging producers to reflect an aperitivo culture centered on balance, quality, and conviviality.
Rather than making a bold statement, Caffè dell’Oro offers an invitation: to slow down, savour the moment, and take pleasure in the details. That might mean a crafted cocktail, a few small bites, or something delightfully simple like the house-favorite Anytime Fries, perfectly seasoned and served with a trio of signature sauces.

To accompany the creative and flavorful dishes at the Caffè dell’Oro, our guests can count on a wine menu attentively updated by our Borgo San Jacopo’s sommelier Salvatore Biscotti.
This offers you the opportunity to enjoy a variety of wines, starting from Italian sparkling wine to champagne from the Alps, from white to red ones throughout Italy and then passing on to our dessert wines. Clients may also enjoy organic, biodynamic wines and those of small producers.
