You will be guided through a sensory journey defined by his most iconic creations, where the brightness of the Delizia al Limone and the velvety balance of the Pastiera Soffiata celebrate the true artistry of Campanian pastry.

The buffet, inspired by nature and seasonality, features Italian, international, and sustainable dishes: eggs from happy hens, freshly marinated salmon, and handcrafted pastries baked every morning. All accompanied by our iconic Bloody Mary.

At 10_11, after dinner comes to life with the taste of light, flowing cocktails, the music that ignites the atmosphere, and a timeless star: the iconic Spaghetto di Mezzanotte — Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino.
