Morgana Cocktail Club

Italian summer has arrived from Taormina to bring a taste of Sicily to 10_11 through a special event dedicated to the Friends of 10_11. The evening has celebrated the essence of Taormina, with cocktails inspired by Mediterranean flavors and the iconic Granita & Champagne as the stars of the night.

Antonio Bachour

A four-hands journey with the master of contemporary pastry: Antonio Bachour.

The chef has been at 10_11 for a weekend of sweetness with creativity alongside Cesare Murzilli, 10_11’s Pastry Chef.

For the first time in Milan at a public event, Bachour has been the star of an unprecedented experience, featuring signature breakfasts with his iconic pastries and sunny afternoon treats paired with timeless classics of fine patisserie.

Dining with Bellavista

A journey through authentic flavors and signature bubbles with the Vittorio Moretti vintage wines, a true expression of Franciacorta’s finest winemaking tradition.

These intense and complex wines, symbols of Italian identity and terroir, accompanied dishes crafted by the chefs of 10_11 — rooted in tradition and reimagined with creativity.

In a succession of toasts, our convivial table celebrated Italian cuisine and the raw power of natural beauty.

Iginio Massari

A crescendo of sweetness crafted by Master Pastry Chef Iginio Massari alongside Cesare Murzilli, in an evening dedicated to the art of Italian dessert.

The dinner was a true celebration of beloved classics, reimagined with a touch of originality and deep respect for tradition. Each course was thoughtfully designed for a refined, plated experience—where every detail, from flavor to presentation, spoke of passion and charm of Italian pastry.
