You will be guided through a sensory journey defined by his most iconic creations, where the brightness of the Delizia al Limone and the velvety balance of the Pastiera Soffiata celebrate the true artistry of Campanian pastry.

Italian summer has arrived from Taormina to bring a taste of Sicily to 10_11 through a special event dedicated to the Friends of 10_11. The evening has celebrated the essence of Taormina, with cocktails inspired by Mediterranean flavors and the iconic Granita & Champagne as the stars of the night.

A weekend dedicated to the art of modern pastry came to life with Pastry Chef Emmanuele Forcone, four-time Italian Pastry Champion, who inaugurated this season’s Christmas Afternoon Treat.

The highlight of the afternoon was the Alzatina di Delizie, a refined selection of sweet pastries crafted by Forcone and Cesare Murzilli, Executive Pastry Chef at 10_11, who focused on the savory creations.

The experience was completed with a selection of Christmas drinks, from hot chocolate to mulled wine, enjoyed trackside as the afternoon unfolded in festive magic.

The 10_11 Bar, Giardino Ristorante welcomed its guests for an unforgettable experience, a unique occasion to taste the delicious vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free creations crafted by renowned Pastry Chef Damiano Carrara.

During the brunch, the Bake Off Italia judge guided guests on a true journey of flavor, revealing the richness of his creations, from gluten-free croissants filled with sautéed chicory, sun-dried tomatoes, and bresaola, to a delicate tart with pine nut shortcrust pastry and a fragrant herb-infused filling. A refined balance of creativity, inclusivity, and taste.

A journey through authentic flavors and signature bubbles with the Vittorio Moretti vintage wines, a true expression of Franciacorta’s finest winemaking tradition.

These intense and complex wines, symbols of Italian identity and terroir, accompanied dishes crafted by the chefs of 10_11 — rooted in tradition and reimagined with creativity.
