Borgo San Jacopo’s culinary offering includes three tasting menus—one dedicated to the season, one to Claudio Mengoni’s signature dishes, and one vegetarian—alongside the à la carte menu. The cantina, with over 900 labels, is curated by Salvatore Biscotti, bringing together Italian and international wines.
