The bistrot of Executive Chef Claudio Mengoni of Borgo San Jacopo (1 Michelin Star) moves naturally from a quick lunch to afternoon tea and aperitivo, which often turns into a casual dinner, in a setting that is both relaxed and elegant. At the bar, signature cocktails include the Vintage Negroni—born in Florence in 1919 and prepared here with original 1950s spirits—and an award-winning Martini.
