Para um café da manhã lento no final de semana, almoço de negócios rápido ou lanche, redescubra os pratos italianos que resistiram à prova do tempo como “Mondeghili”, tradicionais almôndegas de Milão, “riso al salto”, “vitello tonnato” (vitela com atum). As sobremesas são simples e imediatas, e propõem as versões mais clássicas da tarte de maçã com molho de baunilha e do Amor Polenta, o tradicional bolo de farinha de milho.
