If you are looking for the right wine, he is the right person for you! He jokingly defines himself as a “vinaio” or wine merchant for his intimate and passionate approach to the world of winemaking; he is the most daring accomplice in the success of the dinners, with his precious recommendations of the 900 labels found in the prestigious Borgo San Jacopo wine cellar, ranging from large timeless classics to traditional niche products, recounting fabulous ‘grape’ stories.

Salvatore is also available for advice for those wanting to purchase a special label, a gift greatly appreciated for the best occasions.
