1.1.1 Non-text Content (Level A)    

Found 19 significant images with empty alt attributes (promotional sections and galleries on the home page); hero video (.mp4) lacking captions and transcript; carousels without equivalent text descriptions. Verification with automatic tool (axe-core) and DOM analysis.

1.4.3 Minimum Contrast (Level AA)    

Automatic contrast verification (axe-core) revealed insufficient ratios on cookie banner controls (OneTrust, third-party component). Text and buttons overlaid on background images require manual verification.

1.4.4 Text Resizing (Level AA)    

The layout does not remain fully fluid when text is enlarged (up to 200%), with content overlapping on some sections. To be confirmed with manual verification.

Verified on home page and "Information request" form: a "Skip to content" link is absent and not keyboard-activatable; no bypass mechanism exists for repeated blocks (menu).

2.4.6 Headings and Labels (Level AA)    

Incorrect heading hierarchy: the sequence of h1-h6 levels contains gaps (detected on home page DOM). Some field labels and button labels lack clarity.
