Each one is crafted to be simple, honest, and just a little bit special. The buffet is inspired by the beauty of nature, thoughtfully curated around seasonal ingredients, with Italian, international, and sustainable options.

Sustainability, no clichés

We believe in a thoughtfully curated brunch, where every dish is carefully chosen. We use local, seasonal ingredients, reduce waste, and embrace upcycling with intention. The brunch includes a special selection of eggs from Happy Hens, raised on organic Italian farms where the hens roam freely and are fed natural, non-GMO, antibiotic-free feed. This care results in fresh eggs with rich and creamy yolks.

In its style, elegance, and constant search for what’s new, without ever forgetting its roots. This brunch is born in Milan and speaks its language. In the heart of Milan, inside the former Archiepiscopal Seminary, the 10_11's Brunch is much more than just a meal, it’s an invitation to experience the city at a slower pace. Every detail is designed to create a space where time stretches, conversations become genuine, and the joy of being together turns into a true celebration of Italian style.
