Amaro Bar arrives at 10_11 from the heart of Kensington, London. Founded by Elon Soddu and Victor Arguello Maggiolo, Amaro opened its doors in December 2020, stepping onto the scene just after the pandemic with the aim of bringing the experience of a classic Italian cocktail bar to the neighbourhood. Inspired by the timeless elegance of British hotel bars, Amaro combines warm, intimate service with sophisticated cocktail craftsmanship. While remaining a true neighbourhood bar, it has become a destination in London, even earning a place among the World’s 50 Best Bars 2024. Victor Arguello Maggiolo, co-founder and Head of Beverage, and Aurora Fimati, Bartender at Amaro Bar, will be guests at 10_11, presenting aperitivo cocktails such as the Michelada, Kiwi Margarita, and the intriguing Amaro Penicillin, alongside 10_11 Bar Manager Daniel Selby, who shares with the Amaro duo both international roots and a strong sense of hospitality.
