INFORMATIVA PRIVACY REGISTRATION CARD

Lungarno Alberghi S.r.l., in qualità di Titolare del trattamento (di seguito, anche solo “Titolare”), La informa, ai sensi dell’articolo 13 del Regolamento UE 2016/679 in materia protezione dei dati personali (di seguito Regolamento), che è in possesso di informazioni a Lei riferite.

TIPOLOGIA DI DATI TRATTATI E FINALITÀ DEL TRATTAMENTO
Saranno oggetto di trattamento i dati anagrafici (nome e cognome) e di contatto (indirizzo e-mail e numero di telefono) da Lei forniti in occasione della registrazione presso il Ristorante 10_11 – Portrait Milano. I dati saranno utilizzati per fini organizzativi e per consentire una migliore gestione delle prenotazioni, fatta eccezione per l’indirizzo e-mail il cui trattamento verrà effettuato per l’invio, tramite e-mail, di materiale pubblicitario, promozioni e comunicazioni commerciali relative ai servizi del Ristorante 10_11.

BASE GIURIDICA E CONFERIMENTO
La base giuridica del trattamento dei Suoi dati anagrafici e del numero di telefono è rappresentata dall’esecuzione di un contratto di cui Lei è parte o dall’esecuzione di misure precontrattuali adottate su Sua richiesta. Il conferimento delle informazioni richieste è necessario per adempiere agli obblighi legali e contrattuali; pertanto, l’eventuale rifiuto a fornirli determinerà l’impossibilità di dare esecuzione al contratto medesimo.
La base giuridica per il trattamento del Suo indirizzo e-mail ai fini promozionali e commerciali è rappresentata dal Suo consenso, esplicito, libero, facoltativo e revocabile in qualunque momento. Non ci sarà pertanto nessuna conseguenza in caso di mancato conferimento dei dati per tali finalità se non quello di non poter ricevere materiale pubblicitario. Le ricordiamo che ha la possibilità di revocare il consenso eventualmente prestato, in ogni momento, in maniera agevole e gratuita e di opporsi scrivendo all’indirizzo mail: dpo@lungarnocollection.com

TEMPI DI CONSERVAZIONE
I dati saranno trattati e conservati per il tempo necessario all’espletamento delle finalità sopra descritte e, comunque, sino alla Sua eventuale revoca del consenso.

DESTINATARI DEI DATI PERSONALI
I dati personali da Lei forniti saranno trattati da personale incaricato, opportunamente istruito e operante sotto l’autorità e la responsabilità del Titolare. I dati personali potranno essere trattati, inoltre, da soggetti terzi che forniscono servizi strumentali, tra cui servizi di comunicazione, posta elettronica, recapito della corrispondenza e altri fornitori di servizi inerenti alle finalità sopraccitate. SUOI DIRITTI
La informiamo inoltre che, relativamente ai dati medesimi, può esercitare in qualsiasi momento i diritti previsti dal CAPO III del Regolamento. In particolare, Lei ha diritto di chiedere al Titolare l’accesso ai dati che la riguardano, la loro rettifica o la cancellazione, l’integrazione dei dati incompleti, la limitazione del trattamento; di ricevere i dati in un formato strutturato, di uso comune e leggibile da dispositivo automatico, di revocare il consenso eventualmente prestato ed opporsi in tutto o in parte all’utilizzo dei dati; nonché di esercitare gli altri diritti a Lei riconosciuti dalla disciplina applicabile. Ai sensi dell’art. 77 del Regolamento, inoltre, Lei ha diritto di proporre reclamo all’Autorità Garante per la Protezione dei Dati nel caso in cui ritenga che il trattamento violi il citato Regolamento.

Lungarno Alberghi S.r.l., in its capacity as Data Controller (hereinafter also referred to as the “Data Controller”), informs you, pursuant to Article 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), that it is in possession of information relating to you.

TYPE OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING 
Personal data (name and surname) and contact details (e-mail address and telephone number) provided by you during registration at Restaurant 10_11 – Portrait Milano will be processed. The data will be used for organisational purposes and to allow better management of bookings, except for the e-mail address, which will be used for sending advertising material, promotions and commercial communications relating to the services of Restaurant 10_11 by e-mail.

LEGAL BASIS AND CONFERMENT 
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data and telephone number is the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request. The provision of the requested information is necessary to fulfil legal and contractual obligations, therefore any refusal to provide such information will make it impossible to execute the contract.
The legal basis for the processing of your e-mail address for promotional and commercial purposes is represented by your consent, which is explicit, free, optional and revocable at any time. There will therefore be no consequences if you fail to provide your data for such purposes other than not being able to receive advertising material. We remind you that you have the possibility to revoke any consent you may have given, at any time, easily and free of charge, and to object by writing to the following e-mail address: dpo@lungarnocollection.com

STORAGE TIMES 
Your data will be processed and stored for the time necessary to fulfil the purposes described above and, in any case, until you revoke your consent.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data you provide will be processed by staff in charge, appropriately trained and operating under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller. Personal data may also be processed by third parties who provide instrumental services, including communication services, e-mail, mail delivery and other service providers related to the above-mentioned purposes. YOUR RIGHTS 
We also inform you that, with regard to the data itself, you may exercise at any time the rights provided for in CHAPTER III of the Regulation. In particular, you have the right to request from the Data Controller access to the data concerning you, their rectification or erasure, the integration of incomplete data, the restriction of processing; to receive the data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, to revoke any consent you may have given and to object in whole or in part to the use of the data; as well as to exercise the other rights recognised to you by the applicable regulations. Pursuant to Article 77 of the Regulation, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority if you consider that the processing violates the aforementioned Regulation.
