Cancellation Policy

Reservation can be cancelled free of charge until 10 days prior to arrival (12pm local time). The penalty for late cancellation is entire stay and the same will be applied for early departures and no-show. Lungarno Collection reserves the right to apply more restrictive cancellation policies during fair periods and peak seasons. Guests will be notified at the time of the booking request.

Guarantee

To guarantee your reservation, a valid credit card number is required at the time of the booking. Full stay payment for accommodation and taxes is required 10 days prior arrival and it is not refundable in case of cancellation.
