Situated in the heart of Milan at Viale Emilio Caldara 51, Numero 51 Concept Gallery is a sophisticated exhibition space founded in 2022 by Julia Rönnqvist Buzzetti—an art historian trained alongside gallery icon Lia Rumma—and Andrea Deotto, a former lawyer turned photographer with an eclectic vision.
The gallery carries a distinct and refined mission: bringing the vibrant world of East Asian contemporary art to Milan, with a curated focus on emerging talents from Japan, China, and South Korea.
Each exhibition is conceived as a tailored, site-specific project developed in direct dialogue with the artists and often enriched by prestigious international collaborations—such as the partnership with Osaka’s Eunoia Gallery for the exhibition "Trilogy".
Terroir is the unrepeatable union of land, climate, and culture that bestows a unique identity upon everything born from it. In a location that has always cherished the values of sowing and cultivating, Terroir comes to life: the new chapter of Piazza di Portrait Milano, dedicated to letting the finest expressions of living flourish.
On the occasion of La Vendemmia by Montenapoleone District, the Piazza transforms to welcome a spectacular vineyard in the heart of the city. An unprecedented green oasis open to the public, setting the stage for a rich program of talks, tastings, and events focused on culture, conviviality, and discovery.
