From April 7 to 13, 2025, Florence once again becomes Italy’s mixology capital with the new edition of Florence Cocktail Week, the event conceived and curated by Paola Mencarelli that has been celebrating the culture of responsible drinking and high-quality mixology in the city’s best cocktail bars and hotel bars for years. Sixty Florentine venues – plus one special guest – will light up the scene with exclusive drink lists, events, masterclasses, and international guests for an unforgettable week.
Under the patronage of the City of Florence and with the support of the Destination Florence Foundation, FCW25 has established itself as a key event for industry experts, cocktail enthusiasts, and curious newcomers. The event presents a curated program that seamlessly combines technical expertise, cultural experiences, and entertainment.
Lungarno Collection presents two outstanding venues: Picteau Bistrot & Bar and 701 Rooftop Bar
Lungarno Collection will once again participate in FCW, showcasing two iconic Florentine cocktail destinations: two venues, four original cocktails, and countless unique ways to narrate the city’s story through premium ingredients, creativity, and expertise.
Boboli – Signature Cocktail
A sour inspired by Florence’s historic gardens, with citrus notes and a floral finish made unique by “Boboli flower” soda. An elegant, fresh, and well-balanced drink.
David – Wellness Signature Cocktail
A refreshing low-alcohol option, featuring vermouth, peach, and lemonade. Perfect for those seeking flavour and lightness.
Next Connection – Signature Cocktail
A bold and deep drink where the spicy character of bourbon meets the richness of sherry and the exotic flair of falernum. A sensory journey with a forward-looking twist.
Bitter is Better Gimlet – Wellness Signature Cocktail
A wellness cocktail with surprising character, playing with the balsamic notes of Yerbito, the intensity of Fermenthinks 1865 Bitter, and the spicy aroma of Monin Paragon Timur Berry. A bold and refreshing take on the classic Gimlet.
Tuesday, April 8 – GINARTE Event @ Picteau
From 6:00 to 9:00 PM, Picteau will host the presentation of the new GINARTE bottle designed by Piero Lissoni. Following a press preview for media and professionals, guests can enjoy an aperitivo with a dedicated drink list and DJ set.

Thursday, April 10 – MONIN Event @ 701 Rooftop Bar (5:00 – 8:00 PM)
An evening dedicated to Monin products and the Paragon line, with special guest Stefano Ferrario, Monin Activator, who will present the cocktails on the drink list and join our team for a 360° experience.
