From April 16th to 22nd, 2026, Florence once again becomes Italy’s mixology capital with the new edition of Florence Cocktail Week, the event conceived and curated by Paola Mencarelli that has been celebrating the culture of responsible drinking and high-quality mixology in the city’s best cocktail bars and hotel bars for years. Sixty Florentine venues – plus one special guest – will light up the scene with exclusive drink lists, events, masterclasses, and international guests for an unforgettable week.
Under the patronage of the City of Florence and with the support of the Destination Florence Foundation, FCW26 has established itself as a key event for industry experts, cocktail enthusiasts, and curious newcomers. The event presents a curated program that seamlessly combines technical expertise, cultural experiences, and entertainment.

On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Florence Cocktail Week, our three Florentine bars take part in the “Hotel Bar” category. For this special edition, thanks to the creativity and expertise of their bartenders, they present three original cocktails, each designed to interpret the key categories of the event: the Signature Cocktail, freely created; the Wellness Cocktail — low ABV or alcohol-free — and the great Classic Cocktail of tradition.

Feel Earth – Signature Cocktail
“Feel Earth” is a cocktail built on Mancino Vermouth di Torino Bianco Ambrato (4.5 cl), combined with 1.5 cl of a Bitter Nardini blend — including Virtù di Rabarbaro, Fernet Nardini and Bitter Nardini — and 1 cl of Monin PARAGON Cordial Rue Berry, finished with black pepper and topped with Orsini Club Soda. Prepared with a shake and strain technique and served in a whisky glass.

Whispering Breeze – Wellness Cocktail
The wellness cocktail, “Whispering Breeze”, features 2 cl of Lucano Amaro Zero, or alternatively 4 cl of EOLIA Rosa, with fresh mint. Crafted using a twist’n sparkle technique and served in a highball glass, it is light and refreshing.

Seaside Martini – Classic Cocktail
The classic “Seaside Martini” combines 6 cl of No.3 London Dry Gin with 1.5 cl of Mancino Vermouth di Torino Secco, enhanced by salicornia and caviar. Built over ice and served in a rock glass, it delivers a bold and refined profile.

Pistola Y Corazón – Signature Cocktail
The signature cocktail, “Pistola Y Corazón”, brings together 4.5 cl of Los Siete Misterios Mezcal Doba Yej with 1 cl of Yerbito, 1 cl of Baldoria Vermouth Dry, 1 cl of pear eau-de-vie, and 0.5 cl of Monin gum syrup, finished with three dashes of The Bitter Truth Chocolate Bitter. Prepared using a stir and strain technique and served in a bamboo glass, it delivers a bold and complex profile.

Funky Pear (Rum & Pera Reloaded) – Wellness Cocktail
The wellness cocktail, “Funky Pear (Rum & Pera Reloaded)”, combines 1.5 cl of Hampden Estate 1753 Pure Jamaican Rum with 17.5 cl of Christian Drouin Poiré pear cider and 1 cl of Monin gum syrup. Built directly in a highball glass, it offers a light and refreshing balance.

Duchess – Classic Cocktail
The classic “Duchess” is a refined blend of 3 cl Vermouth Fermenthinks 1865, 3 cl Winestillery Tuscan Dry Vermouth, and 3 cl La Fée Absinthe Supérieure. Stirred and strained into a Nick & Nora glass, it presents a structured and aromatic profile

Caffè dell'Oro

Tutti Mate per Mary – Signature Cocktail
The signature cocktail, “Tutti Mate per Mary”, combines 5 cl of Yaguara Cachaça with 4 cl of Yerbito, 1 cl of simple syrup, 0.5 cl of lime juice, and 0.5 cl of Chartreuse Verte, enhanced by four drops of La Fée Absinthe Supérieure and three mint leaves. Prepared using a shake and strain technique and served in a Nick & Nora glass, it offers a fresh and aromatic profile.

Kombu-chan – Wellness Cocktail
The wellness cocktail, “Kombu-chan”, is a refined blend of 7 cl Legend Kombucha Strawberry Fields, 5 cl homemade cucumber water, 4 cl homemade strawberry purée, 3 cl lime juice, and 1.5 cl sugar syrup, with a pinch of salt and 0.5 cl lactose-free milk for clarification. Crafted through a milk washing technique and built in a Nick & Nora glass, it delivers a light yet layered and refreshing experience.

Mai Tai – Classic Cocktail
The classic “Mai Tai” features 3 cl Hampden Estate Overproof Rum HLCF Classic, 3 cl Depaz Rhum Vieux Agricole, 1.5 cl Monin Orange Curaçao liqueur, 1.5 cl Monin orgeat syrup, 3 cl lime juice, and 0.75 cl sugar syrup. Shaken and strained into a highball glass, it presents a balanced and vibrant expression of this iconic cocktail.
