From April 7 to 13, 2025, Florence once again becomes Italy’s mixology capital with the new edition of
Florence Cocktail Week, the event conceived and curated by Paola Mencarelli that has been celebrating the culture of responsible drinking and high-quality mixology in the city’s best cocktail bars and hotel bars for years. Sixty Florentine venues – plus one special guest – will light up the scene with exclusive drink lists, events, masterclasses, and international guests for an unforgettable week.
Under the patronage of the City of Florence and with the support of the Destination Florence Foundation, FCW25 has established itself as a key event for industry experts, cocktail enthusiasts, and curious newcomers.
