Non-Accessible Content

The following content is not accessible for the reasons listed:

  1. a) Non-compliance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004
    b) Non-compliance with EU Directive 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act)

Below is a list of identified accessibility issues currently present on some pages of the site, with references to WCAG 2.1 criteria

1.1.1 Non-text Content (Level A): Significant images without descriptive alt text: Many images, especially promotional or navigational ones, lack alternative text that describes their purpose. Infographics and sliders: Image sliders do not provide equivalent textual descriptions within the page content.
Videos: Video content lacks subtitles or transcripts, making it inaccessible to users with hearing impairments. Interactive visual content: Some graphic elements (e.g., carousels, icon-based buttons) are not properly labeled for screen readers.

1.4.3 Minimum Contrast (Level AA): Some text placed over background images or colored sections does not meet the minimum contrast ratio.Buttons and links overlaid on images are difficult to read due to insufficient contrast.

1.4.4 Text Resizing (Level AA): The site does not maintain a fluid layout when text is enlarged, causing content overlap or layout issues.

1.4.5 Images of Text (Level AA): Promotional images containing embedded text are not consistently accompanied by textual alternatives, limiting readability and automatic translation.

2.1.1 Keyboard (Level A): Some interactive elements (e.g., sliders, dropdown menus) are not accessible via keyboard navigation.
Several buttons lack a visible focus indicator, making it difficult for keyboard users to track navigation.

2.4.1 Bypass Blocks (Level A): The site does not include a visible or keyboard-accessible “Skip to content” link.
Screen reader users must navigate through the entire menu on each page load.

2.4.6 Headings and Labels (Level AA): Visual headings (e.g., section titles) do not always correspond to semantic HTML tags (<h1>–<h6>).
Some form fields and buttons lack clear labels or aria-label attributes, making them difficult for screen readers to interpret.

Form labels are sometimes replaced by placeholders, which are insufficient for accessibility.

2.4.7 Focus Visible (Level AA): Many interactive elements (e.g., links, buttons, menus) do not display a visible focus state, or the focus is too subtle (e.g., thin borders, colors similar to the background).
