Trainee performs an internship for a period of six months; the experience is focused on increasing levels of responsibility in order to fully understand the department activities.

The HR Trainee will be included in following activities:

• selecting and hiring of employees and trainees, including job posting and contact with schools
• welcoming new employees/trainees including paperwork and tour through the hotels
• administrative tasks with regards to new- and leaving employees, to updating and completing personal files, to training and development of employees
• organizing the staff events
• assisting with daily tasks of the HR department
