Spoon is a lively kermesse of dinners that the Borgo San Jacopo restaurant organized this year, following two extremely successful past editions.
The protagonists of these evenings are renowned star chefs whom, alongside our Chef Peter Brunel, create original 5-course menus, constructed by multiple hands. In the kitchen is famed Pastry Chef Loretta Fanella with her signature desserts.
